- Smoked Pork Roast - a recipe from Herb. "For 10 people I would use about a 10-12 pound roast. My favorite pork is boneless country style ribs or just regular ribs. I don't use any sauce on mine as the meat will pick up the good flavors from the hickory and apple juice. If you use any BBQ sauce, use it modestly."
