Camp Chef Charcoal ChimneyCharcoal Chimneys - Self-lighting charcoals and charcoal lighter fluids can ruin the taste of a good steak. There's an easier way to get perfect charcoal for grilling. Buy yourself a charcoal chimney. They use newspaper and a match to start the charcoal. In 10-15 minutes you'll have plenty of evenly glowing coals. The chimneys come in aluminum for around $15 or stainless steel for around $25. You can find them at most sporting goods stores, backyard stores, and department stores like Sears, Wal-Mart or Target.
