Camping Recipe of the Week
This recipe is the outcome of browsing the produce section of the grocery store looking for ingredients to make a quick and simple salad at the campground.

Sweet Slaw - submitted by David:
"To avoid cleaning up at the campground, I make my slaw at home the night before a camping trip. I put it all in the frig in a freezer Ziploc. It will keep in the cooler for several days."
