"Photo taken in September 2005 at Outflow Campground, US Army Corps of Engineers, Youghigheny River/Lake, Confluence, PA. Campfire with the moon rising over the mountain. Nice small federal campground at the base of the dam and on the river. Beautiful and easy biking trails, kayaking, canoeing and rafting. Lazy river from Confluence to Ohiopyle, and from Ohiopyle nice whitewater, Class II and III rapids." ~ David
