We bought a Coleman Road Trip propane grill shortly after they first came out and added the stove grate and an additional griddle and grill plate to our camping supplies. We do 90% of our cooking on the Road Trip . . . everything from eggs and bacon to a big pot of chili or corn on the cob. It’s great! We do cook over the campfire too though.
