Free fishing days for the 2012 season are coming to a close, but if you plan on visiting California, Georgia or Pennsylvania this September, you might just luck out on one more day of license free fishing.

- Georgia - September 22, 2012
- Pennsylvania - September 3, 2012
And in Hawaii, no license is required for marine recreational fishing, 365 days per year!
