One of the rewards of camping is that you have a better likelihood of being outdoors at just the right moment to catch a beautiful sunrise or sunset. The photo shown here was taken far from any city lights on Ocracoke Island, NC. My wife and I were having dinner in our popup as the sun began setting. It just kept getting better as we continued eating. I took this shot about 15 minutes into the sunset. The show continued another 20 minutes before the sun finally dipped beneath the horizon. I will never forget that day, thanks to this photo. Remember to take a camera camping and catch a Kodak moment of your own.
