"I made up this recipe while camping at Guntersville Lake Campground, a place my husband and I visit twice a year. I always take my Dutch oven along. We love the beefstew. I keep my Dutch oven greased in between cookings to keep it from rusting. It also maintains a slick interior, and the stew never sticks to the oven." ~ Karen Henton
