• Doug's Famous Potatoes - a recipe from Darla: "My husband started this recipe, therefore the name, but I have inherited making them. I bake the potatoes at home, leave them in the foil, and put them in the refrigerator after they have cooled. This will reduce the cook time at the campsite. Use as much or little seasoning as you like, we like more. Whenever we camp with other people, they all want this recipe, and it is so easy to make. It is always a hit."
