Camping Recipe of the Week
Here are a couple more s'mores variations sent in by Barb and Janelle.

• Cookies N Cream S'mores - a recipe from Barb. "My son likes to substitute Hershey's Cookies n Cream bars for the regular Hershey bars. He loves them."
  
  
• Fudge Stripe S'mores - a recipe from Janelle. "Roast marshmallows as desired and sandwich between two fudge striped cookies. My friend Sarah introduced me to these, and I now prefer them to the traditional s'mores."

There's no rule that says a s'more must be made with graham crackers, although it is usually agreed that melted chocolate and roasted marshmallows are essential. That being said, you can do as Barb and Janelle have done and create your own version of s'mores by substituting your favorite cookie for the graham crackers.
