Guide Review - JanSport Right Pack
The photo above is my JanSport, which I bought back in 1978. Of all my camping gear, I use this pack the most. It has endured over 50 hikes into the Grand Canyon, a winter cross-country skiing in Sequoia, dozens of fishing and camping trips, and countless weekend trips for 25 years. I like the way the zippers go all the way to the bottom of the bag. This makes packing easier. I can attest to the durability of this pack. In 25 years, not a seam or zipper has busted. I'd get one of the newer packs, but this old one still has many years left in it. Note: The newer version of the Right Pack now has 2 front compartments, where mine only had one. You won't find one in green either, but there are several shades from which to choose.
