Guide Review
A cookbook for the RV chef
This cookbook, besides being full of great recipes, also offers loads of practical camping advice. Joyce Ryan has drawn on her experience as cook and traveler to address the concerns of the traveling gourmet. When it comes to selecting equipment, Joyce considers the pantry to be a personal affair. Her item checklist is an ideal master for stocking most any pantry.

For problems with loading your pantry, Joyce offers advice on placement of supplies, how to choose storage containers, and how to label them. She also includes helpful tips and suggestions for cooking in the extremes of desert dryness, rain forest wetness, and mountain altitudes. A book worthy of a spot in your RV kitchen.
