Campground Review

During our stay at Jellystone daily activities were planned for the whole family to enjoy. The pool is very nice as well as the playground. The campground is clean and relaxing. However, due to an unfortunate accident (no fault of the campground) our 5-year-old son was injured and in need of immediate medical attention. The workers at the park were very helpful in directing us to where we needed to be. We had two nights and days left at the campground when our sons condition forced us to have to leave early. The manager, understanding our situation after verifying our son's urgent need to get home, refunded us our paid ahead fees prior to us checking out. This is not only a family friendly campground but a respectable and well operated one as well. My husband and I thank the staff for their caring and compassion in our time of need.
