Campground Review
What better place to sleep in the great outdoors than in a town where the air smells like chocolate? Highmeadow offers a full range of camping options, from RV sites to log cabins to tent sites, so there is something for every type of camper. There is seasonal complimentary shuttle service to all of the area attractions like Hersheypark, Hershey Gardens, Hershey Museum, etc., and guests of Highmeadow also have free admission to Hershey Gardens and Hershey Museum! There are so many things to experience at Highmeadow, it's hard to decide what to do first!

Cramped as a sardine!July 29, 2009By richardbinder
"I'm a 'semi-full timer' with a 40' Class A towing a car on a dolly. This place advertises itself as 'big, rig' friendly''...ABSOLUTELY NOT! I had to un hook the car and dolly to get to and into the camp space...no way to get into it without backing up. The sewer drain is in the way and it is VERY narrow. My neighbor, who had been there for 9 days with a pop-up camper told me that 4 other class A Motor Homes had the same trouble and one person left immediaetly one other left the next morning. The extremely small camp sites lead to everyone moving their picnic tables onto the area they were suppose to park their vehicle...consequently there were cars and trucks parked all over the place. I had to go to the office to get a person to move his illegally parked pickup as it was blocking my exit. There was absoultly NO supervision or enforcement of ANY of the park rules in this area! I left the next morning. I would NEVER go back to this park. I would park overnight in Wal-Mart first."
