This campground is conveniently located near Interstate 90 in SE Minnesota, yet there is very little noise. There are a lot of area attractions to keep you busy. Sites are very large, shaded and level. Most sites are drive-thru; and there are also some located along the banks of two stocked fishing ponds. There are paddleboats and canoes available for rental. There are great hiking trails, and a large heated pool, as well as a kiddy pool. There is a mini-golf course and a great arcade. If you are hungry they have a cafe also. Sites can offer 20-30 and 50-amp service and over half of the 280 sites have sewer hookups. They rent to over-nighters or you can stay for the whole six month season. They specialize in Theme Weekends offering everything from a Death by Chocolate weekend to a Fiddlers Festival, Line Dancing, Tom Sawyer Weekend and more. The landscaping is spectacular and the staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. They have modem access in the lodge, if you need that, and pets are welcome. It is definitely my favorite place to camp!
