I found out about this campground from a brochure at a camping show. I was there in August 2000.
Campground Review
Newly rebuilt by new owners last year. They have two additional campgrounds in the Bar Harbor area. The management are seasonal campers from Arkansas and Oklahoma (down home folks). Elvis Presley came out of retirement and performs there on Friday nights. Big body of water, modem hookups, cabins available. Close to Ellsworth, Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park.
