Campground Review
Bear Den is a great campground. It is off the Blue Ridge Parkway and surrounded by beautiful mountain views. They have a lot of great things to offer here. I have three children ages 11, 9, and 7. They love to fish in the pond and hike the great trails. There is a great playground and ping-pong tables, so we always have a good match. They have Sunday services if you choose to go. The family that runs it are so helpful. You are so close to so many wonderful things to do. My children don't like to leave the campground. It is so big, the campsites are very private (we like that), and the bath houses are always clean. I would and do recommend it to every camper I know. We live on the coast, so the mountains are a real thrill for us.
