Tina - Friends told me about this campground, and I camped there in June 2001.

Campground Review

This campground was absolutely beautiful, clean and the facilities were well located. The wildlife was very plentiful. We were just sitting down and enjoying dinner and right through the campsite next to ours a full grown female deer ran right through as if it does it on a daily basis. Later that night, as we were disposing of our garbage and walking back, we saw a yearling bear; and even later that night we saw a mother bear and her two cubs. There were raccoons and chipmunks too. It was wonderful for the grownups as well as the kids. In fact, we are headed there again this weekend coming up. I would recommend this campsite to anyone who loves wildlife as much as my friends and I do.
