Donna - I found this campground online, and I camped there in July 2000 and July 2001.

Campground Review

This campground has a woodsy, secluded feel and offers a multitude of adventures. We enjoyed hiking the woods, trails, and paths to waterfalls, as well as tubing down the long, winding, tree-laden Deep Creek. They have horses you can rent to ride along the beautiful trails in the park, which also give the feel of seclusion without the fear of being isolated.

The park does have flush toilets and water available, but the campsites have no electricity and the restrooms have no showers. However, within just a half mile of the campsites are tubing rental outposts that have warm, clean pay showers. Total cost of which is about 75 cents. The area is full of train trips, whitewater rafting, antique shops, sightseeing, and shopping. Hope you enjoy it as much as we did.
