Marcia - This campground was recommended to us when we moved here, and we camp there often all year.

Campground Review

Wow, where do I begin? The sites are large. Each site has water, electric, tables, lantern hangers, fire ring, and stand-up grill. Each "loop" (6) has full bathhouse facilities. There is one of the nation's most beautiful golf courses here, incredible hiking trails, and waterfalls. Fall Creek Falls is the highest waterfall east of the Mississippi. There are pools and a large stocked lake (electric motors only). There is a hotel with full amenities, just in case of unexpected horrible weather. We are tent campers, and that is comforting. There are cabins for rent also. The wardens are often visible for security reasons. We are completely relaxed there, and you will be too!
