Campground Review

Since I was 7 years old, this has been the most exciting trip that I have ever taken. My family always started our trip at 1 in the morning, so we could get an early start driving through Toronto. By the time we woke up, it was like looking at a picture in a children's book. The sweet smell of the morning dew, the lush trees swaying in the morning breeze, the sight of bears alongside the road, the chipmunks, and the moose. Once we entered the campsite, we were greeted by a rustic looking store, where huge pine trees were painted behind it. We always found the perfect campsite as well. The comfort station was wonderful, especially for the kids who didn't like the outdoor experience of using the washrooms. The beach was breathtaking. At times you could hear the loons at night, and the sound of the wolves were phenomenal. I haven't been there since I was just a little child, but now that I have a family of my own, this year I want to return to let them experience the sights of Canada's best kept secret!
