Papaso - I found this campground on the State Park Web site, and we camped there in March 2003.

Campground Review

I think this is a great campground because it has large oak-covered sites with electric and water, clean showers, rest rooms, and laundry facilities. Best of all, it has a beautiful beach within walking distance, and it's a short drive to St.Augustine, the oldest city in North America with lots to do and see. I highly recommend Anastasia State Park.

"Camped at this park January 08. Great beach the campground is immaculate. When a camper leaves the sites are raked and cleaned up.Restrooms are well taken care of.At the beach their is a small store and resturant.St. Augustine is close by with plenty to do in the city. Their is a lighthouse nearby that is worth visiting. The view is breathtaking. We will be returning this year again in Jan."
