Papaso - I found this campground on the Florida State Park Web site, and I camped there in April 2003.

Campground Review

This campground is a fisherman's dream. There is great fishing just walking distance from the campground. Campsites are very clean, large, and graveled with picnic tables and fire rings. Baths are modern and clean. The beaches are close and quite beautiful. It's right in the heart of Indian River fruit growers, and the citrus fruit is wonderful. Check out Hale Groves right on US 1 in Vero Beach. The only negative we found was the noseeums, so be prepared with whatever form of avoidance you use.
