Gregory - I selected this campground from the Wisconsin Dells Magazine, and I tent camped there in June 2003.
Campground Review
I think this is a great campground because it's that gem that offers a little of everything. The campground is heavily forested, they have a friendly staff, and it's remote yet close to attractions. They are family oriented with kids' playground and recreation room, along with swimming pool, mini-golf, planned events like horseshoe contests, and a general store. It's a safe place for kids to ride bikes throughout the campground. Everything is within walking distance too. They have exceptionally clean camp restroom and showers. The campsites are spacious and not cramped. It felt like a family community, safe for adults and children alike. We're already planning a return, and we've decided to let our friends in on this best kept secret gem in the woods of Wisconsin Dells.
