Gferic - I found this campground on the Internet, and I camped there in tent cabins in June 2003.
Campground Review
These tent cabins near Colter Bay in the heart of Grand Teton National Park are something of a cross between staying in a tent and staying in a cabin. Each tent cabin has wood walls with a canvas roof and a canvas-covered picnic area. There are bunks for four people plus room for sleeping bags on the floor. The location is excellent, with views of the Tetons through the trees. The campground is within walking distance of Jackson Lake and all amenities. One reason we chose the tent cabins is because they have wood stoves, and in June it can get quite cold at night. The firewood for sale in the park is a bit big for the stoves, so you should bring your own and have it already cut up into pieces not more than a foot long. The price is reasonable for being in the center of the park; we paid $41/night for six people (three adults, three kids).
