Campground Review
I think this is a great campground because it has large sites, at least in the older section. There is the Sakatah Hills bike trail right next to the campground. They have a lot of things to do. We never get to all of them on a weekend. Last year a very nice pool was added, so that you do not have to go over to the sister Maiden Rock East campground. It is always quiet when we go and well kept up. Our family always has a good relaxing time here, and we go back year after year, usually from requests by the kids.
The best feature for us is the bike trail and the towns along it. The trail is incredibly beautiful and the small towns are welcoming and fun to poke around in.
