Al - I found out about this campground in the Trailer Life Directory, and I RV camped there spring 2002.

Campground Review

Wow! What a great place. This park has 640 acres just outside Charleston towards the beaches. They provide van transportation to Charleston or the beach. It is a very clean campground, and a super place for kids with playing fields, water slides (extra fee), climbing wall, salt and fresh water fishing, crabbing dock, bike trails, and boat rentals. If you want to visit Charleston and also have a break from history for the kids, this is hard to beat. They have 125 wooded sites and 10 cottages.
