Will - I found out about this campground in the Good Sam RV book, and I RV camped there from June to August 2001 and in September 2002.

Campground Review

The first time we went there, I was asked to be a volunteer. We loved the views, the cleanliness, and friendliness so much that we camp there at least once a year. The sites in the 90's are on top of the hill and have great views of the water. The campground has numerous sites with good views. There is a nice short bike path, a long hiking trail, and almost everyday we saw turkeys, deer, blue and green herons, plus many ducks and geese. You are close to Nashville and many historic areas.
