Campground Review
Shady Lake is an ideal spring/fall camp location for a tent or popup camper. We love the fall and spring because it's cool enough to go without A/C, and the best campsites don't have electricity. We pull our popup to a creek-side site and really enjoy hearing the water bubbling at night. The irises and dogwoods are gorgeous in the spring, and the fall colors are just beginning to show in late October.
