Susan - I have been going to this campground for several years, and I camped there in a cabin in April 2003.

Campground Review

This is one of the nicest campgrounds on the Oregon Coast. It is near the ocean, with a walkway that goes under Hwy. 101 to access the beach. The campground is wooded, and it goes up a creek away from the ocean, so that you get the best of ocean and woods. The trees also protect from the strong coastal winds. During the Oregon State Parks Discovery Season (October to April) this park is a real bargain, and the coast is great in the winter too. This is a well-maintained park with nice bathrooms.
