Campground Review
I spent a three day weekend at Roaring River State Park. The trout are plentiful. The old CC Lodge is a great place to hang in the rain or after the whistle blows to end the day's fishing. I also spent a few hours at the new lodge up on the hill. There are several great restaurants in the area. The local folks are really great people. We are going to get back for a weekend, maybe two, before the end of the summer. The sites are nice and large, and the shower houses are clean and well stocked. This park is busy in the summer months.
