Milady M - I found this campground online, and I tent camped there Memorial Day Weekend 2004.

Campground Review

We camped on top of the embankment and had a panoramic view of gorgeous Lake Ontario. The 30 Mile Point Lighthouse is located on the campground. All the sites are grassy and most are shaded. The grounds and the restrooms are pristine. There is an extensive nature trail, bike paths, and a very nice playground for the kids. Our site was huge, and our Golden Retriever puppy's first camping trip was a huge success for him and us. The only drawback to the campsite was the fierce wind that frequently blew in from the lake, but once we got over that, it was one of the best weekends we ever had. 5 stars!
