Campground Review
This is a very nice campground. They have a store where you can find anything you need. They are very easy to get along with, and they will stop and talk to you and even give you some history on the campground. It is about 1.5 miles from Hershey Park, and they have discount coupons and even a free shuttle to take you to the park. They do have quiet hours, but every time we have been there it is mostly fire fighters and they do not enforce them. Over all it is a very nice campground. We enjoy our long week end there every year, and we also look forward to going back every year. They do have an active train that goes through almost every 1/2 hour, and let me tell you, you hear it. By the second night you are there it is not to bad, you get use to it. The pool does not open until Memorial Day, and it is 9 times out of 10 very warm the weekend we go there so we take a quick swim in the river that runs on the lower part of the campground. It's a very nice place to stay and not too expensive.
