Andrea - I found out about this campground from a friend, and I tent camped here in August 2004.

Campground Review

This campground is great for families. Although I don't like that the campsites are practically on top of each other, if you are camping with children it is a very safe campground. Our children were free to come and go as they please. There are plenty of places to ride bikes and scooters. The beach is great for swimming. Tennis courts are available. There are hiking trails, but we did not hike on this visit. There's a beautiful lake for fishing, boating, or water sports. The campsites are nice and flat and of a good size. They do have electric and water hookups as well as primitive. The bathhouses are large and in good repair. There is a camp store as well. All in all it was a great campground for our family outing.
