Bubbles - I found this campground online, and I tent camped there in September 2004.

Campground Review

This park is huge with too many activities to mention, but some are hiking and biking on the beautiful trials, one which goes around the very large pond that flows into a nearby river. You can fish and boat on the pond and river. Within the park is a water park with large slides and several pools (one for the younger kids). It cost only $1.25 daily. The campground is near Dover Downs where NASCAR races are held. Campsites fill up completely during races so you will definitely need reservations. There are both primitive campsites and campsites with electric and water hookups. All sites are good size with the tent-only sites being even larger and very private. The primitive sites are a very short distance from parking and easy to walk to. All sites are within walking distance of the bathhouse where hot showers are free. It is a short driving distance to ocean beaches, if that is what you like.
