anniesbunch - I found this campground by looking through a campground atlas and on the Internet, and I camped there in the summer of 2004.
Campground Review
Our family loves this campground, and we measure all other campgrounds by this one. Partly because it is so nice, and partly because it was our first place we family camped. The staff is very friendly and attentive, bathrooms are clean, and the sites are big, well spaced, and not on top of the road. There are fun things to do including a kids' craft and root beer float social on Saturday night for a small $1-$2 fee. You can also take a hike with guides or alone. There are numerous trails and a creek or two. This is a get-back-to-nature kind of campground, and it is relaxing and quiet.
