Esther - I found this campground by accident when we spent all day driving around trying to find a family-friendy campground with water access. I tent camped there in October 2004.

Campground Review

This campground is right on the Colorado River and right below the Parker Dam. It's great for jet-skiers and boaters. It is very clean, and it has grassy areas with lots of shade trees or you can use the Cabanas which have electric. They have hot showers. They have a great general store with a restaurant that serves a lot of good food including breakfast, hamburgers, and pizza. Their pricing is very resonable. Our family has been here a couple of times this summer, and we have enjoyed it very much.

Worked ThereJanuary 07, 2009By kbyers31
"I worked at the restaurant, bathing suit shop and convenience store for a few years when I lived in Parker as a high school student in 93-95. The Owners of the place are wonderful. I never had a issue when I worked for them. They did have a gas stations as well, right on the water for the boats. etc. I do not camp, but this is the first place I ever thought about ""Maybe"". I hope to camp there this spring."
