Sheri - I came across this campground by chance when driving around the area, and I've RV camped there in 2001, 2002, 2003, and 2004.
Campground Review
This was a new park in 2001. It has huge spaces with nice patios equipped with nice picnic tables. Big rigs are welcome. There is a nice pool and spa. They have a huge recreation room with very clean restrooms and showers. They offer lots of activities during winter months. There are hiking trails and walking paths. They have new large laundry facilities, and there is a large kitchen area. They have a nice friendly staff. The Owner lives at the park, and he's a very friendly person. There is a pitch-and-putt golf course on the property. They ask that you don't walk across it as that would leave a worn out path, but it is open for guests to play pitch-and-putt. The campground is pet friendly with the usual leash requirements. There is beautiful scenery, sunrises, and sunsets. It's close to Tombstone the town that never dies. It's only a ten minute or so drive to the nearest big town, Sierra Vista, where everyone goes for shopping. I would highly recommend this park to anyone visiting the area. There is lots to see and do in the area, and this park is centrally located within all of the sights to see.
