Linda - I found out about this campground in a brochure, and I cabin camped there in July 2003.
Campground Review
We've stayed here every other year for the past fifteen years. They have fantastic ammenities and live music every night. It's close to the beach, in town activities, and stores. It'a a great family campground with four pools. Extra cabins have been upgraded with A/C. They have nice RV spaces too. a huge game room, and mini-golf. The KOA across the street doesn't even compare.

"stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!! have stayed 3 times. 2 of those there was a major police presence the last memorial day weekend 09 was complete with helicopters and a high speed police chase through the campground. Messed up my reservations twice. we traveled with others, the last 2 times they they messed up our reservations and put us in a seperate section of the park. the last time, I got the reservations straight the week before we arrived only to find out upon arrival that they had once again changed them. I asked for a manager or owner to contact me and left my number.. as of today 5/27/2009 no one has even bothered to call me. they laughed at the problem and did nothing to correct the matter. You cant get a refund. we had already drove all that distance. the whole weekend was a bust. they dont honor there rules. People are free to do as they want. if your out for a party it is the place to go. if you have a family and are looking for a nice family vacation go anywhere else. Our 1st night we listened to the bass of some ones radio untill 130am.......... thump thump. not plesant and the employees lack of respect for their customers is unforgivable. RUN DONT WALK.... NOT FOR FAMILYS......"
