Michael - I found this campground close to home, and I tent camped there in December 2004.

Campground Review

This is still one of my favorite campgrounds. The sites are large and relatively secluded. The facilities are clean and well kept. The real clincher, however, is the abundance of wildlife. Deer, wild turkey, sand hill cranes, and more are quite common sites in and around the campsites. Yes, even racoons in the middle of the night. We had deer peeking in on us before we even had our tent set up. This is really a great place to get away to. I highly recommend this campground.
