Campground Review

We chose this campground because of its proximity to family and its small size. There are only 24 sites total. We were at site 18, and we felt like we had the best site and plenty of room. The 167-foot cataract of Chittenango Falls is dazzling, and it makes a great backdrop for vacation photos. There are beautiful grounds for picnicking, terrific trails for hiking, and even nice walkways along the creek for the less adventurous. Bathrooms and showers are clean and spacious, and the park rangers are helpful and kind. The sun was pretty hot, and our site had limited shade, but we just changed the placement of our chairs when it was too much. The falls makes it fairly humid so bring plenty of bug spray.
