Patricia - I found this campground on the Internet, and I tent camped there in July 2004.

Campground Review

My husband, our two children, and I camped at Pine Valley RV Park and Campground for a week in July of last year. Upon arrival we were excited to see how beautiful the campground was. The kids could hardly wait to get out of the car when they saw the playground, other children playing, and people boating and swimming. We checked in at the office, we all had an ice cream cone, and then set up our tent.

The woman that checked us in was so friendly. She took time to tell us all the essential camp information, such as restroom locations, trash recepticles, swimming hours (they have a lifegaurd), and gave us a camp map and the activity schedule for their weekend hayrides and events.

We had a blast. Our site was on a grassy area near the lake and close to the playground. It was so nice. The kids could play while my husband and I fished, and we felt relaxed that they were safe and close by where we could still keep an eye on them.

I don't think we have ever been to a nicer campground. The kids made new friends and had a great time, and we all really enjoyed the whole experience. We are planning a return trip this year, and we can't wait.
