Campground Review
Groveland Oaks is a great place to camp. It is close to home, it and has a great beach with a big waterslide for the kids to enjoy. The campsites are a good size, and the park is very clean. We loved the special programs they had for the kids (glitter art, frame making, rock climbing wall, inflatable slide). They also had scheduled games of dodge ball and kick ball going all day. They have a huge playscape and a new miniature golf course. They had a band playing on Friday and Saturday nights for the whole family to enjoy. The security at the park is excellent. The sheriff department patrols day and night. During the weekend they are on patrol while riding their horses. We have camped there several times, and we will continue to this summer.
