Campground Review

I had camped here 15 years before coming here again with my own family. We have a pop-up and two small children. We were in a site near clean bathrooms. Our site was close to water, and it looked over the lake. During the week it is quiet, but weekends are busy. There are two beaches and a place to put a boat in. We had a wonderful time, and the staff is friendly. Sites are private that are not right on the water. If you have a boat, then you might want to stay on water. RV, popup, or tent sites are available. It's a great place for families.

looking forward to another yearJuly 07, 2009By s.weaver
"My sister & I have camped here most July's for the past several years, for her birthday. It is a great place, very peaceful. Even when the park is full there is enough space and trees between the sites you do not feel you are on top of each other. There is one draw back, that could actually be a plus, you have to go up a hill to the bathhouse and down a hill for the lake. We have started extending our stays to get in better shape. We are looking forward to returning again this year."
