Wendy - I found out about this campground when my step-dad gave us a great free week-long pass for one of the trailers at Ocean Mist. I camped there in July 2005.

Campground Review

First of all, the staff are extremely welcoming and accommodating. I was there by myself with three children because my husband had to work, and they were kind enough to come and make sure I had everything I needed not once, but twice. The campground is extremely clean, the facilities are centrally located, and it's quiet. The best thing about it is that the beach trail was about 10 feet away from our RV, and we had a gorgeous view of rolling, grassy dunes with sensational sunset views. I can't wait to go back again. Me and the kids spent our entire days on the beach, and the experience of being in a real RV was almost too much for my first grader, who declared he "never wanted to leave." Overall it was an unforgettable experience.
