Campground Review

Sleeping Giant Provincial Park is a great place to camp. The park is beautiful, and the campground is great. We had a premium site right on the lake, and the site was huge and very private. There were about four steps down to the lake, and I found these steps were a great place to sit in the morning with my coffee. We even had a campsite deer that came wandering through several times a day. The showers and restrooms were very clean although a little distance from our campsite. The showers were individual rooms at the end of the restroom/laundry building. The only drawback to this campground was the electric plug was a greater distance from the camper than we are used to (maybe 20-30 meters). However, the campground office will rent you a long extension cord for a nominal fee.
