Art - I found this campground on the Internet while looking for a campground near Shenandoah Caverns. It's only 20 minutes away off I-81. I tent camped there in October 2005.

Campground Review

Creekside is a small campground with less than 30 sites. It is run by a Christian couple, and it is located, naturally, by a creek. The creek is stocked with trout, and you could cast a fly from your campsite. If you forgot your fishing gear, town is a short walk from the campground, and there are some good fishing tackle stores downtown. Non-fisher people can peruse antique and craft shops in town. Restrooms are clean, and sites range from tent with no frills to RV with 50-amp and cable. Some nice activities are planned throughout the year, including a pumpkin-carving contest in October, pumpkins provided.
