Phil and Karen - We RV camped there in September 2005.
Campground Review
We just bought a 5th wheel, and it was Friday night Labor Day weekend. We had this 3-day pass for Thousand Trails, and we thought why not give them a call to see if we could get in. I knew they would laugh, saying it was a holiday weekend, but to our surprise they said we'd love to have you come on up. When we got there they guided us though the park to help us find a site, and then they helped guide us in with backing up our new rig. The staff is warm and friendly. The sites include a picnic table and campfire area, power, and water. The sites are first come first serve, so whether you are a in tent or a million dollar rig you get to choose any available site. There were things to do, games, pickle ball courts, putt-putt golf, a wonderful spa, barbecues, bingo, and we were invited to participate in whatever we wanted to. I loved it. It is a great place for kids of all ages. We are anxious to go back.
