Theresa - I was checking out the Web looking for campgrounds in Sussex County, NJ, and came across their Web site. I tent camped there in August 2005.

Campground Review

I had called a few campgrounds in the Sussex County area, and I was happily surprised when I reached the office at Harmony Ridge. The woman was pleasant, informative, and very polite. I explained that I was responsible for picking a campground and was worried. She put me at ease immediately. (None of the other campgrounds I called did this. They were very inpatient.) I told her what I wanted, and she was more than happy to accommodate me, describing in detail the way the sites are set up, etc. There were four of adults, and we had a small trailer and a tent. We were thrilled with Harmony Ridge. The sites are spacious, clean, and affordable. They have two catch-and-release lakes that actually have fish. You can swim in one lake, as well as rent paddle boats. The pool was clean and not overly crowded. All the people we met were extremely friendly and informative. It is one of the best campgrounds we have ever stayed at, and we look forward to making many more memories there. Kids and adults alike will find it a fun, clean, and happy family experience.
