Rob - I found this campground on the Internet, and I tent camped there in June 2005.

Campground Review

This campground id nice and remote. It's a great place for horses, but there is not much to do if you are on foot as there aren't too many trails out there. Natick is quite a ways in the park, and it is not the first campground you come across. It's a relatively clean site with vault toilets, but the water is not potable. Firewood awaited me at my campsite. It was pretty quiet except for some guy dragging down the road at 12 AM in his truck. Be aware of cute little lizards. To those traveling west, there is a road that can take you out near Therford, but you need a pretty high centered car or truck. Be aware of fine sand on this primitive road. I just barely got past in my Tempo. Very pretty country in the morning though. I spotted two pronghorns.
